Adoptees/Spanky

"Spanky" is a very striking 12 year old male. He came to MEOW for the first time 5 years ago when his human tragically died at a young age. He was placed and recently returned to MEOW when his owner experienced severe mental problems. He is somewhat timid, enjoys the indoor-outdoor life and is never late for dinner.
