"Vance" is an elderly gentleman who was left to fend for himself on the streets of Waterbury, CT. Sick, tired and confused, he made a pest of himself at the home of an energetic older woman. She finally appealed to MEOW on his behalf. "Vance" has hyperthyroidism and is on daily medication. He is quite polite about being medicated and generally a joy to have around. If a home is interested, MEOW would continue to be responsible for all his veterinary medical expenses.
